Pattern #16

For the back (all sizes), and for the front (sizes with even number of cast on sts), work the eyelet pattern as follows:

Row 1 (RS) K1, *SKP, yo; rep from * to last st, k1.
Rows 2 and 4 Knit.
Row 3 K2, *yo, SKP; rep from * to end.

Eyelet pattern for sizes with odd number of cast on sts for front will be worked as written in magazine.

Beg chart 1
….Cont as established through row 20 of chart. Change to A and cont in St st until piece measures 8½ (10½, 12, 13)”/21.5 (26.5, 30.5, 33)cm, end with a WS row.
Next row (RS) With D, *K1, p1; rep from * to end. Cont in St st and work 2 more rows D, 2 rows A, 3 rows C, 2 rows A. Change to B. Work until piece measures 12 (14, 16, 17)”/30.5 (35.5, 40.5, 43)cm from beg. Bind off all sts.

Needles for Pullover and Shorts are: One pair each sizes 4 and 6 (3.5 and 4mm) OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE.
